Afraid Using Home Architect

Some people think that they feel afraid using architect to build their home. They think that using architect is expensive. If you are one of them, let’s remove the wrong perception. Actually using home architect to build your home is right thing. I am not lying.

First thing that you must know, when you using home architect that home architect help you to fit how much you budget and how much you will spend to build your home. If you feel the budget is too expensive, architect can reduce the cost with out change the design what you want. It’s really help you, isn’t it?

The second, the reason using the home architect, is every people want their home what they want. For example kids room is have different style with adult style. So every interior have different style with others. But if you do alone, you may take long time to finish that. Because ordinary people is not usual how to design and commonly ordinary people have to do trial and error to get good room design. So spending much time and spending much money to make trial and error design worst thing. But if you want to be home designer, that will help you to be good designer.

Why home architect will do if we using them?

Home architect usually ask the owner what kind of home you like. But thy will not ask you like that. May be first thing you have to tell the story which place you like until what color you like. If you have family, all of your family will be ask about what their like. And the questions is depending the creativity of the architect.

After architect get the information, architect will translate the information to design. After the pre-design (design without structure, utility and others) finish, they will back to client and tell about the design. If the client agree with the design like building models, interior design, until the detail like interior doors and landscape plant, the architect will continue full design. An then some of them give model making to give all of the information of the design. And the home architect will back to client to confirm the design. After the design is fix, they will make the all of building cost include architect fee. If the client thing the cost is too high, architect will re-change the cost with out change the design. Maybe architect just change the kind material using in the building. It’s help you, is’t it?
